Values
We support people in building psychological stability independently and sustainably. Our work is based on scientific evidence and can be directly applied in everyday life. We understand resilience as a learnable skill that grows through targeted practice. We view mental health as a shared responsibility – in education, politics, and organizations. We show how performance and recovery mutually support each other and enable long-term capacity. Mental regulation provides the foundation for sustainable focus, concentration, and energy.

Mission

Evidence-based
We work with scientifically validated methods.
Systemic and context-specific
We view people, organizations, and environments as an interconnected system.
Future-oriented
Mental health is a key resource for the resilience of organizations and social systems.
Trainable
Mental strength can be systematically built and deepened.
Preventive
We strengthen psychological stability before stress arises.
Practice-oriented
Our formats can be directly implemented and evaluated in everyday work.
Formats
Individual – Cognitive Resilience Mastery
A six-week intensive program for individuals seeking profound mental transformation. In small groups, we combine scientific diagnostics (e.g., HRV, neurofeedback) with cognitive restructuring and body-based stress regulation. The goal is to identify dysfunctional patterns, build targeted resilience, and enable sustainable self-regulation in everyday life.
Organizations – Corporate Neuro-Resilience & Decision Engineering
A program to strengthen resilience, decision-making capabilities, and psychological safety in companies. We work with leadership teams and HR managers on integrating mental health into strategy, culture, and leadership behavior. The focus is on impact: diagnostics, live simulations, transfer planning, and systemic measurability.
Society – Public Mental Health Leadership
A strategic format for decision-makers in politics, administration, NGOs, and educational institutions. NOËMA supports the development and implementation of evidence-based prevention strategies – through consulting, workshop formats, and think tank elements. The goal is to structurally anchor mental health in public discourse and institutions.
